Are currently employed within or have been employed (recently) within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or Training Company/Business:
- Have many years doing a variety of different types of work, and have industry experience in training and assessment in Vocational Education and Training (VET)
- Have completed the previous version of this qualification TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Have strong digital literacy and online researching skills.
You have usually been engaged in the workforce for many years doing a variety of different types of work within VET, and are looking to increase your skills and knowledge so that you can take on new roles within respective workplaces.
- You are able to demonstrate vocational competency in your proposed teaching and assessing area
- You have broad industry knowledge and experience, including but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification
- Your role may involve some coaching/mentoring with individuals or small groups
- Your role may involve training others in the workplace
- Your role may involve training of small groups or individuals
- You are currently in the role as an enterprise trainer
- You are currently in the role as an enterprise assessor
- You are wanting to upgrade your skills, knowledge and currency to the new TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
